How many times have you lost weight successfully – that to win again further down the track? Some people struggling with this for most of their lives. It is “yo-yo” diet – a persistent tendency to get and lose weight. It is sometimes called weight cycling. ” What causes the yo-yo? When your diet includes snack attacks, skipping meals, or very low in calories – you’re setting yourself up for yo-yo. Although it appears that excellent results can be obtained quickly, sooner or later, the body is less than calories track come in. The body adapts, and decides that energy must be conserved – and metabolism (how the body burns food for energy) starts to decrease. Often this can be a plate “- the weight loss was achieved first starts to slow down or stop. Many people hit the wall at that location, and struggling to maintain power, the weight starts to return . And what worse is that for some people, low metabolism means that end up with more weight to what has begun! This is one of the problems with the system (such as a sudden) – metabolism the body becomes less effective with each new episode of food. severe calorie restriction also causes loss of muscle tone. less muscle once again, a slower metabolism. The signs of this county are flabby arms (due to loss of muscle tone and triceps subsequent stout gain). Alternatives to Yoyo is a sudden mental and emotional to go through all that food, just to be where you started.

Instead of a sudden regime – the hope of a quick weight loss, better to adopt a sustainable approach to long term.  Purpose of modest weight loss (even small amounts of stout loss can improve your health)  If the heat slowly (and not suddenly drop 1,000 calories per day).  Reckon about your diet as a healthy diet.  You can change your lifestyle (activity level and what and when and why you eat).  To break the weight loss plateau you need to give a boost to your metabolism. Seek to increase their physical activity levels. And if you miss meals or eat too few calories you need to take a serious look at your diet and try to eat more often (every three hours).  Do not skip breakfast.  Can you imagine still in its “real” system a year from now? Do diets work?: The yo-yo diet cycle if you are on a crash diet, you will probably find you lose a significant amount of weight in the first week or so. In fact, many men and women find that they lose five pounds or more, even during the first days of his crash diet. But, this weight loss is not a real weight loss, but it could be attributed to the loss of water weight that occurs when a system crash. Indeed, a low calorie diet the body to burn more glycogen, a type of glucose that absorbs excess fluid in the body. In addition, during a weight loss diet accident will not continue for long. Finally, you’ll find yourself hitting a plateau of weight loss during that will become increasingly hard for you to lose weight. Most crash diets found that weight loss plateau is followed by a period of weight gain. Many supporters of the accident, although plans still end up putting all the weight he lost, with the bulge.

This is called the effect of diet yo-yo: up and down movement of a yo-yo, crash diet find that their weight fluctuates constantly with each plot to continue. What are the causes of the yo-yo effect? strict diets are associated with the effect of diet yo-yo because of the impact that this type of starvation diet has on your body’s metabolism. In support of all functions of the body carries on a daily basis, your body needs to burn some calories. The speed at which your body burns calories is called metabolism. While crash diets, the body pieces that eventually get a very low number of calories. Therefore, your body really adapts its metabolism, which burns fewer calories to carry out all necessary bodily functions. That means fewer calories for you to gain weight, what more likely to gain weight after your diet. Your body can maintain this reduction in the metabolism of a number of months or even years after a severe calorie diet.

After ten years with Ambrosio, Dedioniggi started off on his own to set up a company he called Tecnologia del Tubo Torinese which translates to Turin Tube Technology. Say that three times quick. Yeah, just calling this company 3T, or Triple T, is much quicker and more efficient.

Equipped with just incredible talent, one helper and a manual tube bending machine, Dedioniggi found himself a three room warehouse in the Northern Italian city of Turin, and went to work. Maybe it was because he was an innovator, perhaps it was because the tube bending machine was manual; one way or the other, Dedioniggi quickly went from bending steel to bending aluminum alloys. Until this breakthrough, made by our hero Dedioniggi, bike parts were made from lightweight steel. Even lightweight steel isn’t nearly as lightweight as aluminum. And there is no loss of strength so the bicycle parts made by 3T were equally as durable, and significantly lighter in weight, than anything that had come before it. Yeah, this guy got some notice, quick.

Dedioniggi changed the cycling industry with these new fangled aluminum alloy handlebars, stems and seat pillars. In fact, the world’s first Ergal handlebar came out in 1975. (Ergal = AL7075 Aluminum) It was called the Superleggero and weighed in at 240 grams which was significantly less than anything that had come before it. Over 30 years later, the Superleggero is still well regarded in the cycling industry.

Surprisingly though, it took 24 years and change in ownership for the innovations of 3T to be recognized by the International Design Award committee. Happily that award didn’t go to their heads, they have always and will always be well loved for offering their customers more, including a five year owner’s warranty on all their parts. That is a first in the cycling industry and remains an astounding warranty. It’s nice to know they still take pride in their parts.

Of course, taking pride in your parts is simple when you go above and beyond the call of duty for superior design and overboard testing for strength and durability. To quote their website, “(3T) components are engineered for strength through a systemic understanding of stresses and meticulous optimization of structural design and composite-materials lay-up. ” Evidently that is the key to longer lasting and stronger components.

3T also tests its components to the nth degree. They literally test everything to destruction. That way you know when you are putting out tremendous pressure on your bike during a sprint or a climb, your 3T cycling parts won’t bend or break under pressure.

From innovation to innovation, 3T has survived and thrived to this day, when many other Italian born companies are falling wayward. There was a close call in 2007, but with a small moxie, the company explored why they had gotten off track. It turns out they needed to start each product design with a clean slate and refocus on superior engineering practices. You know, just like the founder, Dedioniggi, did. 3T stepped up to hire Richard McAinsh who had been an innovator with Ferrari’s F1 design team. His fresh new perspectives have increased the already superior quality by using highly developed software and an advanced design platform, as well as a relationship with the aspects involved in airframe and race car design. The quality that 3T was founded on came back in full force and took the company even further.

Now with a new focus on carbon composites and aerodynamics, 3T is pushing the envelope for the lightest weight and most aerodynamic while still keeping safety at the heart of their product design.

There’s a common belief that cycling can cause erectile dysfunction in men. Is that right or it’s just a misconception. This question was in the spotlight of various media for the past couple of years and there are camps advocating both views on the matter. The general answer is that cycling for long periods of time while sitting on an uncomfortable saddle will likely cause erection problems, especially in mature men. But, there are many factors influencing the result, so it’s not very bright to state that by cycling you will automatically develop ED and have to get a supply of Viagra. But first of all, people have to know what ED is. Having erection problems every now and then is not a problem as it happens to all men and it’s completely natural. When speaking of erectile dysfunction or impotence, erection problems should be persistent, manifesting in more than 25% of all sexual encounters when a man can’t achieve an erection suitable for successful sexual activity. That’s when a doctor can say it’s clinical ED. Lack of sexual desire or being unable to orgasm is a whole different tale. Erectile dysfunction can have different causes both of physiological and psychological nature. Physiological causes of ED include hurt nerves, blood vessels and tissue in the penile area. Psychological problems include stress, depression, anxiety and even relationship problems. Still, over 2/3 of all ED cases are linked to other health conditions such as heart diseases, diabetes, smoking, alcoholism, drug abuse and lack of physical activity.

And how cycling can become the cause of ED, you might question? Riding a bicycle for a long period of time puts a pressure on the tissue, nerves and blood vessels in the perineum, which can result in temporary inability to obtain and maintain an erection. The effects can be aggravated if the saddle is not comfortable and there’s no time for the vessels and tissue to recover after cycling. Some factors can make the problem even worse and cause serious erection problems. Such things as the time spent cycling, the weight of the person, design of the saddle, weight distribution and how intensively you ride the bicycle can strongly affect your chances of having erection problems. For example, professional race cyclists have an intense style but because the distribute more weight to their feet and pedals rather than the saddle they are less likely to have ED. If you like cycling but dread developing ED, don’t give up your passion as there are simple ways to avoid erection problems and not make you buy Viagra at all. First of all, make sure to invest money into a excellent saddle and choose a comfortable design that provides less pressure on your perineum and .

When taking a long ride and feeling uncomfortable, take breaks and take some time to stretch your legs and even massage the numbed areas. You can also reduce the pressure on the sensitive areas by leaning forward and distributing more of your weight on the paddles. This way you will not only reduce the risk of having erection problems but will also have better control of your speed when cycling. So don’t give up your passion and delight in riding for as much as you like because inactivity can also cause erection problems and by cycling you effectively prevent them the best way you can.
